Have to give a (belated) shout-out to Aantex Pest Control and their team. I have had them out occasionally when we've had issues that required professional help. Ken came out not once but twice as part of their guarantee to respray if needed. It was easy to reschedule, they answered the phone and worked us into the schedule quickly. No hassle, no upselling, and no pressure to purchase a monthly service... just good people doing honest work. I also like that Aantex supports the use of natural, non-toxic substances whenever possible and use the least amount of chemical to control the insect. Everyone I spoke with there seems knowledgeable. I called the county Agricultural department to identify the bug, and Aantex knew and repeated pretty much everything I learned from the county's specialist.

I cannot say enough nice things about Michelle! We had a rat and mouse problem at our house And the culprits were caught within just two days. We have much better peace of mind now, knowing that we do not have unwanted visitors in our house around our children and pets. Michele was always on time and did a great job of following up with us when we had questions. Thank you, Michele!
