These SMS Marketing Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern sales, marketing, advertising, and promotional text messages sent by or on behalf of Aantex Pest Control Company (“Aantex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
When Aantex offers an opportunity to enroll in marketing or promotional text messages, the following or substantially similar disclosure will be presented with the consent request:

Where consent is collected through an online form, the marketing SMS consent option should be presented separately and should not be pre-checked.
Aantex may maintain records of consent, including the telephone number provided, date and time of consent, method through which consent was obtained, and the consent disclosure presented at the time.
When you opt in to receive promotional text messages from Aantex, you may receive SMS or MMS messages regarding Aantex products, services, promotions, and offers.

By affirmatively selecting an SMS consent option, submitting an applicable form, signing an applicable agreement, texting an indicated keyword, or otherwise providing legally sufficient written or electronic consent, you authorize Aantex Pest Control Company to send sales, advertising, and promotional text messages to the mobile telephone number you provided.
Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from Aantex.
You may purchase Aantex services without agreeing to receive promotional text messages.

The frequency of messages may depend on your interactions with Aantex, available promotions, seasonal service opportunities, and your customer relationship with us.
Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging, data, and other charges may apply. Aantex is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
You may revoke your consent to Aantex marketing and promotional text messages at any time.
Reply STOP to an Aantex marketing text message to opt out.
Aantex will also honor other reasonable requests that clearly communicate your desire to stop receiving marketing text messages, as required by applicable law. Recognized requests may include QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your request.
Once your opt-out request has been processed, Aantex will stop sending marketing or promotional text messages covered by the withdrawal of consent unless you subsequently provide new consent.

Opting out of marketing and promotional messages does not necessarily prevent Aantex from sending communications permitted by law that are necessary to administer services you requested.

Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with the Aantex Privacy Policy.
Aantex does not sell or share personal information outside our organization, except as necessary to provide our services, operate our business, comply with legal obligations, or work with trusted service providers that process information on our behalf and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Mobile telephone information collected through the Aantex SMS program will not be sold to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Aantex may use third-party communications and technology providers to operate its SMS program.
These providers may process information on Aantex’s behalf for purposes such as sending messages, recording consent, processing opt-out requests, maintaining messaging records, monitoring delivery, providing technical support, and maintaining system security.
You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile telephone number you provide or otherwise have authority to consent to receiving messages at that number.
If you change, deactivate, transfer, or relinquish your mobile number, you should notify Aantex or opt out before discontinuing use of that number.
SMS and MMS messaging may not be available through all wireless carriers, devices, or geographic locations.
Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and other communications providers.
Aantex cannot guarantee delivery of every message.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Marketing messages may contain offers, discounts, or promotions. Individual offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, geographic restrictions, service limitations, or additional terms.
Receiving a promotional message does not guarantee eligibility for a particular offer.
Aantex may modify these SMS Terms to reflect changes in its messaging practices, services, technology, carrier requirements, industry standards, or applicable law.
When these Terms are materially revised, Aantex will update the Last Updated date and provide additional notice when required by law.
Aantex intends to operate its SMS marketing program in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements, including applicable provisions of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Federal Communications Commission regulations.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
