Contra Costa is currently following a Shelter-In-Place protocol, per Contra Costa Health Services mandates placed on March 17, 2020 – April 7, 2020.  A Shelter-in-place mandate means residents of the county are to remain in their homes unless they must leave to provide or receive essential services.   

The team at Aantex believes it is important to communicate that Aantex, and other pest control companies, are providing essential services. Essential services, as defined those that which “the interruption of which would endanger the life, health or personal safety of the whole or part of the population.”  From managing pest and rodent problems in warehouses, agricultural organizations, farms, home, and your preferred eateries, pest management companies are vital to keeping our food sources productive and clean. 

Aantex provides inspections, sanitation, protection from pests – which include cockroaches, rodents and ants, that can contaminate food sources, health care facilities, and senior care facilities.  Plus, we keep your home and family safe by providing services to protect from pests such as bedbugs, fleas, ticks, mites, and mosquitos. 

If you see one of our Aantex team members around town or the truck of another pest control company, give them a friendly wave!  Because pest control companies are providing essential work, keeping our farms, production lines, businesses, and homes, we are not being asked to Shelter-In-Place.  We are being asked to continue ensuring public health and safety by providing our essential services to our customers.
