⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have to start by saying I have never experienced such customer service in any Industry of any kind...there are not enough stars to put for the stellar customer service that William at this location gave us..He started by making sure he was properly suited up to go in our precious house...He wore protective boots to not mess up our carpet and wore gloves and a mask as a precautionary measure to make us feel comforted during this challenging time (virus) and folks...that was just the beginning of this professional with integrity...He showed us in so many that not only was he there to rid the pest we had...but that he was very well skilled in this field and loved what he does...he showed by his genuine kindness that he cared about our family and taking care of us! He not only got rid of 100% of our pest.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great service company! They've handled all our needs from ants to gophers and ground squirrels. They are very responsive and diligent in addressing our needs. Highly recommend this company.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a concern about termites after I found a few swarmers in my Kitchen. I contacted Aantex based upon their excellent reviews. They sent Dave over for a limited inspection of the area at no charge the same day I called. I was very happy with the excellent customer service. Dave arrived about an hour later and conducted an inspection of our home including the crawl space. Dave spent over an hour looking for any signs of termites to which he found no evidence of termites. Needless to say I was relieved. I was very impressed with Dave's professionalism in taking the time to explain what I need to look for and do in the future. If I have any future pest concerns I will definitely call Aantex.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Andrew came to spray at our house for ants yesterday afternoon and surprisingly, it was quite a pleasant experience. Really! I watched him carefully inspect the house perimeter, spray/scatter, and then he came to my door when he was finished. He offered clear instructions about avoiding the area while it dried, and what to expect next. He then provided rodent awareness tips, a lot of interesting information about how ants and rodents behave, how to treat ants based on their variety, and even some DIY advice. I also learned about the company's environmental-conscious practices. Andrew is an educated and skilled pro in the wonderful world of pest control, and a pleasure to meet.
